Social Impact
Filmmaking Club
OUR PROJECTS
The Nueva Social Impact Filmmaking Club proudly presents our first documentary, Unveiling the City! During the 2022-2023 school year, the team embarked on a journey to create a film about the disappearance of San Francisco's fog due to climate change. We interviewed dozens of local residents, university researchers, and park rangers across the Bay Area--including Muir Woods, Mission Dolores Park, Fisherman's Wharf, and Fort Point--to shed light on the societal, economic, and global implications of this environmental shift. With this film, we hope to raise awareness about the profound effects of climate change and inspire action!
